Medical and cosmetic breast surgery… help a girl out?

I’m a happy outgoing girl who never asks for help and can normally look after myself however I have had implants for close to 10 years and have found out I need them replaced due to fluid and a lump behind the implants. I don’t have the money for this surgery and am unable to get finance. I went from an A cup to a D cup but figure if I need them replaced i could do with an upgrade in size too. Maybe a G or F cup.
I would be forever grateful for anyone who would like to help and will provide updated before and after pictures if I get to the required amount.
