Help me get some hips and booty :)

Helloo I’m a 21 yr old female who graduated University and is going back for another degree.
I’ve had a breast augmentation performed 2 years ago and would like to have them redone but my big thing is my hips and butt.
For as long as I can remember, I have been insecure about my violin hips/ hip dips and I feel like they ruin what would otherwise be a nice figure.
Ideally I would like to have a Brazilian butt lift performed to harvest the fat out of my waist into my hips and booty, because I feel I’m lacking in that department as well.
Since I’m going back to school and I live on my own,I have loans, tuition and living expenses to pay which is a lot, so there’s only so much I can save for this procedure.
